Executive Officers

Anthony Pires

Anthony Pires is Co-Executive Officer for Splintertek, LLC. His responsibilities include providing media production direction and operational management for the courseware development staff including Graphic Artists and 3D Modelers.

Anthony's foundation for excellence is cultivated from years of experience in broadcast television at Comcast and CBS where he developed award-winning video post-production, 3D modeling and multimedia elements. Continually researching implementation strategies for cutting edge trends and technologies, he now applies those same elements to a new breed of computer based training for the Department of Defense, the US Navy, the Department of Homeland Security and various medical fields.

Anthony’s company goal is to explore and expose the limitations of current distance learning content, assessing emerging needs and subsequently raise the bar on quality productions that not only meet client expectations but elevate the standard. Fostering a creative and inspiring work environment where exploration is encouraged, Anthony assures Splintertek's development studio is always traveling a path of internally sustainable success. Externally, the achieved success is passed onward to the client's successfully delivered end-product.

Chris brings a combined 14+ years of multimedia experience analyzing, designing, directing, developing, and presenting interactive computer-based training to such industry giants as Microsoft and Oracle. Having spent considerable time on both coasts witnessing the disconnect in communication that can exist, it is Chris's overwhelming desire to develop high-quality training and education solutions that enhance and elevate distance learning for audiences in every household, regardless of time zone, coast or country.

For Chris, the development of Splintertek was years in the making and borne of a desire to solidly protect his interests in educational multimedia development. Recognition of eLearning's fledgling roots, where it currently stands and where the limitless boundaries of the future will propel it, Chris holds a firm grip on what Splintertek should be in order to succeed. Beginning with a solid base of highly talented employees, whose everyday needs are covered, protected and rewarded for excellence, Chris combines all resources to position Splintertek to be a leader, reaching greater numbers of people in need of education, in better fashion than the time before, each and every time they are called to deliver.
